The Opportunity Finder helps young people discover jobs and apprenticeships in a way that feels simple and practical. The live app includes swipe mode, map mode, list mode, saved opportunities and an application tracker.
Swipe mode lets young people review opportunity cards quickly, choose Not for me or Interested, and save serious options. Map mode helps them check whether an opportunity is realistic to get to before applying.
The map view is designed around local opportunities, public transport and route checking. Distance and travel time matter, especially for 16-24 year olds relying on buses, trains, lifts or walking routes.
List mode gives a calmer way to review all matching opportunities, compare wage, type, level, distance and closing date, then mark application status when they are ready.
Finder supports the Volume Experience Method by helping young people build a realistic shortlist, apply to more suitable jobs and apprenticeships, and track progress without feeling overwhelmed.
